A local facilities management firm has prominently launched its new brand by unveiling a key partnership with Huddersfield’s premier sports and events venue.
Core Facility Services has signed a deal to become the new sponsor of the prestigious Riverside stand at The John Smith’s Stadium for the next four years.
Core is the new name for Orchard Facilities Management, which has been working with local businesses since 2005 and is Yorkshire’s premier facilities management and compliance provider. It offers businesses one central point of contact for IT, estates, waste and energy services.
The unveiling of the Core Stand, which includes 26 hospitality boxes along with three conference and event suits, marks a new era for both the stadium and Core.
Gareth Henderson, chairman of Core Facility Services, said: “The strong local partnerships that we have forged over the years are incredibly important to us which is why it makes sense for us to invest even more in our community at the same time that we are investing in the future growth and direction of our business.
“Our new brand reflects the fact that the services we offer to businesses are central to their success and that our clients are at the heart of everything we do,” he added.
“As a longstanding Huddersfield Town partner we are extremely proud to be strengthening and widening that relationship by becoming a John Smith’s Stadium sponsor, putting ourselves right at the core of Huddersfield’s sporting community.”
Gareth Davies, Managing Director of KSDL, said: “We have known Gareth for some time, as a significant partner of Huddersfield Town. It is therefore very pleasing that he will now also partner with the stadium, as sponsor of our largest stand.
“KSDL adopts a category exclusive policy with its partners and I can therefore say with confidence that we will also be working with Core Facilities Services on a day to day basis. This will cover a number of areas, including a sustainability review; this is now a real area of public interest nationally and the review will cover various areas including single use plastic.”
Chadwick Lawrence Solicitors has increased its long standing partnership with The John Smith’s Stadium, signing an exciting three year deal to sponsor the previously LV = Britannia Rescue stand.
Aside from offices in Huddersfield, Wakefield, Halifax and Leeds, Chadwick Lawrence has recently merged with Bradford and Guiseley law firm, Whitaker Firth. This extends the firm’s reach across West Yorkshire and continues its growth in business and personal legal services.
The Chadwick Lawrence Stand will launch at the first Huddersfield Town Championship match on Monday 5th August 2019 against Derby County.
Neil Wilson, Managing Partner of Chadwick Lawrence, commented on the new partnership: “The Chadwick Lawrence Stand gives us a great opportunity to promote our brand and the services we offer. It also signifies our continued commitment to Huddersfield as we continue to support the stadium and the football club.”
Chadwick Lawrence has a history of partnerships in sport, including sponsoring the Leeds Rhinos Foundation Physical and Learning Disability Rugby League teams as well as a commercial partnership with Huddersfield Town.
Gareth Davies, Managing Director of KSDL added: “Chadwick Lawrence have been the Stadium’s exclusive legal partners for 7 years. It is therefore particularly pleasing to be entering into a stand sponsorship agreement with them. This deal underlines their commitment to Huddersfield.”
