On Friday 8th November, The John Smith’s Stadium played host to the Howarths Law charity event – The Music Extravaganza!
The event raised an amazing £10,327 for their family run charity – The Howarth Foundation!
Aiming to raise a target of £8,000 on the night, everyone was absolutely thrilled to have raised an extra £2,000 to smash their target but couldn’t of done it with out the support of everyone on the night!
Since The Howarth Foundation launched back in 2017, the charity has secured nearly 20 people back into employment, placed 16 into training and referred 13 into housing assessment. The charity gives them an important sense of purpose and means they can make a positive contribution to society after experiencing the grip of addiction and homelessness.
The money raised on the night will help another person back into employment.
